Hi I'm Harriet and together with my partner in 'GONG' we hold regular gong baths in and around the Norfolk area. We have hosted several outdoor gong baths this summer: at Caister North Beach and Fairhaven Woodland Gardens. We are moving indoors for the winter: St Lawrence Centre in South Walsham NR136DQ on the 2nd Monday of the Month 7pm start. Wood Dalling church NR116SN for the full moons 28/10 & 27/11 7pm start. Burgh Church near Aylsham NR116TR Sunday 1st October 4pm start. Coltishall Village Hall yoga & gong 7/10 & 14/10 Saturday mornings 9.30 start. All welcome
