Gong bath - Durham

Deep relaxation / meditation with the sounds of our wonderful singing bowls and gongs. We hold a gong bath every 6-8 weeks at Witton Gilbert Community Centre, Sacriston Lane, Witton Gilbert, Durham DH7 6TF. Cost £12 (includes tea and biscuits at the end), pre-booking essential. Our next session is on Saturday 15th February. Please arrive by 2.15 for 2.30 start and bring something warm and comfortable to lie on. Also - monthly women's chanting group meets at the above venue on the 2nd or 3rd Saturday morning of the month, next dates 2013/14: December 21st, January 11th, February 8th.
