Come & let go of the week by submerging yourself in the healing & transformative sounds of the Gong, Crystal Singing Bowls, Sacred Drum & other Sound Healing Tools. The gong takes you to a space of deep relaxation, stimulates the glandular system & repairs the nervous system. On a mental level it helps clear old habit patterns, emotional issues, stress & trauma. Yogi Bhajan The class will comprise of a Pranayam (breath exercise), a brief gentle warmup, extended deep relaxation, finishing with a meditation.
